🧳 1. Digital Services & Products
All digital services and downloadable products (such as AI-Curated Itineraries, Relocation Starter Kits, and Travel Planning Services) are non-refundable once delivered.
Why? These are personalized, custom-created offerings developed based on your unique preferences and requirements.
However, if you experience an issue or are unsatisfied, please contact us at support@vitatravelco.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
📦 2. Physical Products (Travel Accessories)
We accept returns and exchanges of physical products (e.g., RFID wallets, travel kits, organizers) within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return If:

Item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
❌ Not Eligible If:

The item has been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 14 days.

The item is marked as Final Sale or Custom-Made.
🔁 3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@vitatravelco.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll review your request and provide instructions including return address (note: return shipping is at customer’s expense unless item is defective).

Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
💰 4. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If item was marked as a gift, store credit may be issued.
